Hip stretches (bands)
Shoudler Stretches (bands)
Strength: 20 minutes
Overhead Squat
3-3-3-3-3
Find your 3 rep max from the rack
Metcon:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 mins of:
12 Hang Power Snatches, 75/55 lbs
24 Double Unders
Sprint, 200 m
