Bench Press 3-3-3-3-3
75% of your 1 rep max for all 5 sets
Metcon:
10 Minute Double Under Cindy!
10 minute AMRAP of:
5 Pull Up, 10 Push Ups, 15 squats
After each round perform Double Unders
5 Double Unders after round 1, 10 Double Unders after round 2, 15 Double Unders after round 3 etc etc
