 5 Strict Pull-Ups (ladies – 3 reps)
 Strict HSPU For Max Reps

 Kipping HSPU For Max Reps

      THEN
Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 mins of: Handstand Walk, 10 m (you must be vertical no bear crawling try to balance on your hands) 12 Pistols alternating legs
