- 10 lateral lunges (35/26 or lighter)
- 30 second goblet squat hold (35/26 or light)
- 20 primal pull throughs
- 5 snatch balance (light weight, for technique)
4 rounds for time of: (you pick the weight)
1 Power Snatch
1 Hang Power Snatch
1 Hang Squat Snatch
3 sets
run 200 meters or 1 minute of single jump rope if pouring down rain
