400 meter run
25 burpees
Set up a target one foot above your reach for the burpees. Jump and touch the target for each burpee rep.

2 Bar muscle ups
4 Handstand Push ups
8 Kettlebell Swings 2/1.5 pood
16 ft walking on your hands
